Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may use Abide N Me only for lawful personal and community Scripture reading. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, harass others, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information and notes. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to provide it.
Scripture and third-party content
Bible translations, audio, links, and other third-party materials may be governed by their providers’ licenses and terms. Abide N Me does not grant rights beyond those permissions.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Account suspension or termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, email us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Abide N Me and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
